“Throughout the Chapter 11 process, Twin Hospitality expects the brands will remain open and operating as usual,” the company said in a prior statement — a promise that now stands in stark contrast to the chain’s abrupt disappearance.

In September 2025, Twin Hospitality acknowledged operational inefficiencies and began trimming underperforming locations, closing 15 restaurants while attempting to bolster stronger ones. Leadership changes followed, including the appointment of a new president to oversee the remaining 26 locations.

Yet those efforts ultimately proved insufficient. What began as targeted restructuring has now culminated in a complete shutdown, marking a dramatic end for a once-prominent casual dining brand.
