Powering the Next Generation of Health-Tech Innovators

Among its portfolio highlights are Thyme Care, an oncology treatment platform; Strive Health, which deploys machine learning to manage kidney disease; Arine, a precision medication management system; and Ambience Healthcare, an AI platform that helps doctors with medical documentation and coding.

Renowned investor John Doerr, a longtime limited partner in the firm, praised Town Hall’s model of merging purpose with profit. “The obsession that the Town Hall team has with turning mission into business alpha has made it easy for me to join them in all four of their funds,” he said. “It takes a special group of people to see that intersection and turn it into reality.”

Expanding the Team for the Next Phase

Town Hall Ventures also revealed key leadership additions alongside the fund announcement. Catherine Olexa-Meadors, who previously worked with healthcare startups Aledade and Remedy Partners, joins as head of partnerships and growth. Meanwhile, Will Stokes, co-founder of Strive Health, will head Hatch, the firm’s company-creation studio focused on building new ventures from within.

The firm did not immediately disclose which law firm advised it on the Fund IV transaction.

With this latest $440 million investment, Town Hall Ventures continues to prove that healthcare innovation—when fueled by AI and equity—can be both a social mission and a market force driving the future of medicine.
