As extreme weather intensifies and electricity demand climbs — fueled by artificial intelligence, cloud computing and electrification — infrastructure providers like Sabre sit at a pivotal junction.
TPG declined to provide additional comment Friday. Blackstone and Sabre did not respond to requests for further remarks.
