A Wisconsin teenager is facing both state and federal charges after allegedly murdering his parents as part of a chilling neo-Nazi conspiracy to assassinate former President Donald Trump, according to newly unsealed court documents. 

The 17-year-old suspect, Nikita Casap, reportedly planned the killings to gain the "financial means and autonomy" to carry out a domestic terror plot aimed at overthrowing the U.S. government.

Court records and an FBI affidavit allege that Casap was influenced by The Order of Nine Angles, which is described as “a network of individuals holding neo-Nazi racially motivated extremist views.”

 The affidavit also reveals that authorities discovered disturbing content on Casap’s phone, including photos, communications, and a “self-described manifesto regarding assassinating the president, making bombs, and terrorist attacks.”

“As to why, specifically Trump, I think it’s pretty obvious. By getting rid of the president and perhaps the vice president, that is guaranteed to bring in some chaos,” one excerpt from the manifesto stated.

Another read: “HAIL HITLER HAIL THE WHITE RACE HAIL VICTORY.”

Double Homicide Sparked Federal Investigation

Casap now faces nine felony charges in Wisconsin, including two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of hiding a corpse, according to court records and a criminal complaint filed in late March. On the federal level, he is being investigated for presidential assassination, conspiracy, and use of weapons of mass destruction, according to the FBI.

The victims—Casap’s mother, Tatiana Casap, and stepfather, Donald Mayer—were reportedly killed on February 11. Their bodies were not discovered until February 28, when Waukesha County Sheriff's deputies performed a welfare check at their residence on Cider Hills Drive. 

The welfare check was prompted by Mayer’s mother, who was concerned after receiving “suspicious or weird text messages” and learning that her grandson had not attended Waukesha West High School for two weeks.

Deputies discovered the bodies concealed under blankets and clothing. Tatiana Casap was found with "a possible exit wound in the back near right shoulder," while Mayer had "an obvious wound to the back of [his] head," according to the criminal complaint.

Teen Arrested in Kansas with Cash, Jewelry, and a Firearm

Casap fled the state following the killings, and later that evening, police in WaKeeney, Kansas, stopped Mayer’s stolen SUV. Inside, they discovered Casap in possession of $14,000 in $100 bills, over $14,000 in jewelry, and a .357 Magnum revolver believed to have been purchased by Mayer.

Investigators also found a three-page document calling for the assassination of Trump to “create a political revolution in the US and save the white race.” The affidavit reveals Casap had acquired and partially funded a drone, and explosives intended for use in a domestic attack. He had also obtained images of Mayer’s bank cards and login credentials.

Communication with Foreign Contact, Plans to Flee to Ukraine

Casap’s radical plans extended beyond domestic violence. According to the affidavit, he communicated with a classmate about his intent to kill his parents, steal a firearm, and eventually leave the U.S. for Ukraine.

One Telegram message read:

“So, while in Ukraine, I’ll be able to live a normal life? Even when it’s found out I did it?”

Casap also told his classmate he was in contact with an individual in Russia to plan the government’s overthrow.

Casap has not entered any pleas to the state charges, according to court records. He is scheduled for arraignment on May 7, per the Waukesha County court docket.

CNN reports they reached out to Casap’s attorneys for comment, but no public statement has been made.
