Yung Miami, formerly of City Girls, recently had a bizarre yet hilarious fan interaction when she was asked to sign a bottle of baby oil. The unusual request took place as she was out in Atlanta supporting her close friend, rapper Saucy Santana. The unexpected moment left Miami, whose real name is Caresha, visibly annoyed yet calm in her reaction. But why baby oil, you ask? The explanation, of course, involves her famous ex-boyfriend, Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs.

What’s Behind the Baby Oil Joke?

The strange request didn’t come out of nowhere. The joke stems from the ongoing legal troubles of Diddy, who made headlines earlier this year after a 14-page indictment revealed some eyebrow-raising details about items seized during raids at his homes. According to the indictment, federal agents reportedly confiscated over 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant during their investigation into Diddy. As soon as the internet got hold of this detail, the jokes practically wrote themselves.

Adding fuel to the fire, Diddy’s lawyer, Marc Agnifilo, attempted to explain the massive stash, suggesting Diddy might have bought the baby oil in bulk from Costco. While the explanation did little to calm the social media storm, it certainly helped to keep the joke alive. Even companies like Costco jumped in to deny selling such quantities of baby oil.

Yung Miami’s Response to the Baby Oil Request

Fast forward to this recent event in Atlanta, where Yung Miami was approached by an eager fan with a bottle of baby oil in hand. According to a video obtained by The Shade Room, the fan can be heard asking her, "Would you sign this?"—holding the bottle up to her window. Without uttering a word, Yung Miami’s bodyguard immediately steps in, declining the request with a firm “Nah.” Miami, sitting in the backseat of her black SUV, simply turns her head and rolls up the window. Her bodyguard, however, wasn't done yet and continued to shoo away the fan, repeating “Go 'head, bruh, that's crazy."

This interaction, though light-hearted, is a testament to how the internet culture and viral jokes can blur the line between celebrity and fan encounters. It also shows Miami’s classy approach to dodging the awkward situation while letting her security handle the more direct response.

Yung Miami and Diddy’s Relationship Timeline

For those unfamiliar with the backstory, Yung Miami and Diddy made headlines in 2022 when they confirmed they were casually dating. Their whirlwind romance, often described as “lavish and unofficial,” was the talk of the town, with Miami referring to Diddy as her “Papi” and Diddy

calling her his “Shawty Wop.” The pair remained in an on-and-off relationship until 2023, when Miami publicly distanced herself after Diddy faced multiple legal accusations, including a lawsuit filed by singer Cassie for sexual assault, abuse, and trafficking.

In a recent interview on her podcast Caresha Please, Miami admitted that while it hurt her to step away from Diddy, she felt it was necessary for him to handle his issues independently. She also emphasized that the allegations against Diddy did not align with her personal experience of him, which added complexity to her decision to walk away.

Diddy's Ongoing Legal Troubles

Meanwhile, Diddy continues to face significant legal battles, including multiple allegations of sexual assault and trafficking. As of now, he remains in pre-trial detention in Brooklyn, with more than 100 lawsuits reportedly in the pipeline against him. His legal team maintains his innocence, and his mother, Janice Combs, recently spoke out, defending her son against the serious accusations.

In light of the ongoing legal issues surrounding Diddy, it’s no surprise that Yung Miami has chosen to stay quiet on the matter, avoiding public discussions about her former relationship. This latest fan encounter, however, was a lighthearted reminder that some connections—like the baby oil jokes—aren’t easy to escape.
