The iconic music producer, Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing serious legal charges involving alleged “Freak Off” sessions. These events involved forced participation from women, some of whom were reportedly drugged or unconscious.

The indictment against Combs, unsealed on Tuesday, claims that the 54-year-old mogul orchestrated these disturbing events over more than a decade.

Homeland Security agents arrested Combs in New York City on Monday as part of a federal sex trafficking investigation.

He is facing three major federal charges: racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

“Freak Off” Sessions Alleged in Court

Court documents allege that Combs forced women into elaborate “Freak Off” sessions that involved male prostitutes. These disturbing parties, which occurred in both California and New York were not just underground gatherings but carefully produced sexual performances.

Prosecutors say Combs himself “arranged, directed, masturbated during, and often electronically recorded” the events.

The indictment further claims that these parties could last for days. To recover from the exhaustion and drug use, both Combs and his victims would sometimes receive IV fluids after the events.

Employees Helped Facilitate “Freak Off” Events

Combs’ employees were allegedly involved in organizing these illegal gatherings. According to federal authorities, they arranged travel and accommodations, stocked hotel rooms with necessary supplies like drugs, lubricants, baby oil, and extra linens, and ensured everything was in place for these elaborate sex performances.

The indictment also accuses Combs of manipulating women into these situations under the guise of a romantic relationship. He allegedly drugged them to “keep the victims obedient and compliant.”

A Decade of Abuse and Manipulation

Federal prosecutors allege that these "Freak Off" sessions were just one part of Combs' broader pattern of abuse spanning more than a decade.

He used fear and intimidation, including guns, kidnapping, and arson, to control his victims. Combs’ security team also allegedly carried weapons, and during raids on his Miami and Los Angeles homes, authorities uncovered three AR-15 rifles with defaced serial numbers, other firearms, ammunition, and a drum magazine.

One of the most alarming accusations against Combs involves the use of incriminating videos to manipulate his victims.

The indictment claims that he secretly recorded many of the sexual sessions without the women's knowledge. These videos were then allegedly used as “collateral” to ensure his victims remained silent and obedient.

Ex-Rapper Shyne's Allegations

This latest indictment is not the first time Sean “Diddy” Combs has been accused of serious criminal activity. Former rapper Shyne has previously accused Combs of “destroying” his life, referencing a 1999 club shooting that sent Shyne to prison.

Additionally, Combs' former girlfriend, R&B singer Cassie Ventura, filed a lawsuit against him in November last year, accusing him of years of domestic abuse, sexual violence, and even trafficking. In May, a video surfaced showing Combs violently assaulting Ventura in a hotel hallway.

Combs Arrested and Denied Bail

Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested at the Park Hyatt New York on Monday night, approximately six months after Homeland Security raided his properties. He was denied bail and is currently on suicide watch as he awaits trial.

The indictment, which outlines a chilling decade-long pattern of widespread abuse, came after Combs faced multiple lawsuits over the past year. These lawsuits, filed by various individuals, accuse the music mogul of physical and sexual abuse during the height of his fame in the 1990s and 2000s.

Combs was arraigned Tuesday, marking the beginning of what is expected to be a lengthy legal battle.
