Former Vice President Joe Biden, the man everyone is so determined to get into the Oval Office, appears to be even more compromised than we originally knew.

His son, Hunter Biden’s former business associates were pushing for him to get his dad involved in a venture with Chinese Energy Company CEFC so that it would look like "truly family business" to the Chinese, text messages obtained and analyzed by Fox News show.

Hunter’s former associates James Gilliar and Tony Bobulinski discussed the venture with the Chinese company, discussed the “stakes” and appear to have hinted at getting the man who is now the president-elect involved.

"Man U are right let's get the company set up, then tell H and family the high stakes and get Joe involved,” Gilliar said to Bobulinski.

The group did not detail how they wanted to get “Joe” involved and Biden has emphatically denied having any knowledge of or involvement in Hunter’s business deals.

Another text, this time from Bobulinski to Gilliar, said "what is the deal w Jim Biden as he wasn’t part of the discussion but now seems a focal point."

"With H demons, could be good to have a backup, he strengthens our USP to Chinese as it looks like a truly family business, and I like the dude,” Gilliar said.

Days prior to that conversation another chat took place in regards to g a meeting that was supposed to include a big wig from CEFC executives including the chairman which was set for Sunday, May 7, 2017. In that exchange Gilliar asked Bobulinski to find an "a lister to meet chairman Sunday."

"Top person at same level as chairman, who would like to access China or money," Gilliar said.` "It’s the way it works culturally for them."

"And empowers the B family so therefore us,” he said.

The next day Gilliar sent another text to Bobulinski that said "Think Joe may come Sunday. I’m hoping."

"Yah I told Jim [Biden] that’s a no brainer if he can make it he should be there," Bobulinski said on May 5, 2017.

Joe Biden never went to that meeting, a source told Fox News, and the deal with the Chinese company never came to fruition.

"H brought in Jim simply to leverage getting more equity for himself and family in the final hour, that is evident," Bobulinski texted Gilliar on May 18.

"I know why the [sic] wants the deal and what makes it enormous, it’s the family name in reality, they could have asked for 51 per cent, maybe u would not be interested but many US moguls would have been,” he said.

The next day Bobulinski asked Gilliar if he had spoken to "rob or H."

"No I haven’t," Gilliar said. "Spoke with Jim 15 mins ago and told him to get H to call u, think he’s with Joe in Wilmington."

Two days later Gilliar told Bobulinski "Don't mention Joe being involved, it's only when u are face to face, I know u know that but they are paranoid."

"OK they should be paranoid about things," Bobulinski said.
