The Department of Justice is allegedly probing possible links between strong right-wing conservative voices such as Roger Stone  and Alex Jones with rioters that broke into the Capitol on Jan. 6.

Post impeachment trial, investigators are now shifting focus to find other conservative voices to blame for the Capitol riot. Investigators are allegedly determining if Stone, Jones and others indirectly inspired the lawless mob. Lawmakers are seeking to hold these personalities accountable for ‘conspiring to carry out the attack.’

“We are investigating potential ties between those physically involved in the attack on the Capitol and individuals who may have influenced them,” an unnamed official reported. “Charges are unlikely, but investigators want to achieve a broad understanding of any possible instigators.”
