Giuliani has been a member of the Washington D.C. bar since 1976, however his license has been suspended since 2021. Additionally, his law license has been suspended in the state of New York. Since the allegation were made, the Rudy Giuliani has responded in defense of his actions. He claims that the lawsuits he filed were in fact based in both law and fact, and that he made a “good faith representation of his client, Donald Trump.”
