In response to the bar complaint filed by Rodrick, Oesterblad tells us that Warner provided an employee contract for “Barri Grossman”. In addition to pointing out that Kelly Warner law referred to Grossman as both a “he” and a “she”, Oesterblad gives the following revelation:
“The employee contract, it is pointed out, has Barri Grossman mentioned 30 times in the 3-page employee contract, you go to the last page of the 3 pages and it has one signature for the company, which you cannot make out, the second signature for Barri Grossman, it’s not Barri Grossman. Barri Grossman clearly has not signed it, it might be Barri Willis or something, number one. Number two, there are four things that have to be initialed, and clear as day they’re ‘B.W.’ not ‘B.G.'”
“We called the reception desk a couple times, asking for Barri Grossman,” says Oesterblad. The response? “There’s no Barri Grossman that works here, we don’t know who Barri Grossman is.”
So Rodrick proceeds to file a suit, naming Grossman as the defendant.
