“Maybe Barri Grossman does exist, maybe we’ll find her, and find out how this happened.”
“Chuck hired two different process servers in the State [Arizona] very aggressively trying to find Barri Grossman anywhere, hired two separate P.I.’s, so a total of four different professionals. No Barri Grossman could be found.”
As the heat on Warner and Kelly increases under the scrutiny of the Arizona Bar, we asked Oesterblad what their next step is.
“The first thing is to update the judge [that Grossman could not be found]…next step would be to go back to [the presiding] judge, after she has been updated, asking for a subpoena for a deposition of Dan Warner and Aaron Kelly.”
“We know that Dan Warner, of course, is going to fight this, so we’re going to go straight to the judge and say ‘we want a subpoena’ because we know he’s going to try to run and cover on this.”
In what appears to be an attempt to cut corners and produce results, Warner has placed himself in a difficult position, and has earned himself and his law partner Aaron Kelly an investigation by the Arizona Bar.
