In these remarks, Biden underscores that no American gets to stand above the law. He also dismissed allegations from Trump supporters who called the judicial process “rigged.” To this end, the president said Trump and his attorneys had ample opportunities to bring forward a legal defense.
Finally, Biden feels it is “reckless” and “dangerous” to assert that the guilty verdicts against Trump are the result of rigging or other foul play.
