He may be known as “The Boss” on stage but when it comes to the law he gets no special privileges.

Liberal music star Bruce Springsteen was arrested for DWI and reckless endangerment in New Jersey on November 14, 2020, but the news broke on Wednesday, The New York Post reported.

The “Born In The U.S.A. singer” was arrested at Gateway National Recreation Area in Sandy Hook a National Parks Service spokesman said.

The singer, who was born to run but perhaps not born to drive, was charged with DWI, reckless driving and consuming alcohol in a closed area. The spokesman said that Springsteen was cooperative.

The news of his arrest came days after the singer appeared in a Super Bowl commercial for Jeep calling for the Reunited States of America.

In a two-minute advertisement for Jeep, singer and songwriter Bruce Springsteen, who has spent the past four years dividing people and complaining about former President Donald Trump, asks everyone to meet in the middle now that President Joe Biden is in the White House.
