The audit was carried out on behalf of William Bailey, a plaintiff. On Monday Judge Kevin Elsenheimer permitted Allied to release its report.
Dominion Voting Systems has continued to say that its machines are incapable of tampering and votes cannot be switched to other candidates. The Allied report disproves Dominion’s argument altogether.
“Baseless claims about the integrity of the system or the accuracy of the results have been dismissed by election authorities, subject matter experts, and third-party fact-checkers,” the Dominion website argues.
These findings only add more fuel to the fire over claims of election fraud. For Dominion, the claim that its machines are entirely on the up and up seems to be fading away rather rapidly. Whether this will lead to a substantive overturn of the election’s results remains to be seen.
