A huge component of Powell’s new evidence is affidavits provided by forensic experts, who claim to have proof that Dominion Voting Systems had their machines connected to foreign networks.
The two individuals who have signed the affidavits are military intelligence analysts according to Powell. Both have stated that dominionvoting.com SSL certificates were used on multiple occasions in Canada, Serbia and the U.S.
