The Supreme Court is Trump’s last hope to nullify Biden’s win. He called the Texas lawsuit “the big one” and was confident to succeed since the highest court has a 6-3 conservative majority. He appointed three of the six conservative justices.
Trump refused to concede. He said he will not leave the White House until he exhausted all legal options all the way up to the Supreme Court. On Friday night, the message is loud and clear, Biden is the next U.S. president and occupant of the White House.
