EQT Exeter’s Expanding Portfolio

EQT Exeter, formed in 2021 through the merger of EQT and Exeter Property Group, manages over $30 billion in equity and owns more than 2,000 properties globally. The firm has been actively expanding its logistics footprint, including a recent $81.5 million purchase of an industrial property near Seattle.

The acquisition underscores EQT Exeter’s commitment to targeting high-growth logistics markets fueled by the rise of e-commerce and modern supply chain requirements.
