Conservatives’ warnings proven right
From the inception of the defund the police movement, conservatives warned that it would not end well. Now, as communities face record jumps in crime, some leaders, such as Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti, seek to reinstate police funding. Certain cities even want to increase police funding from its original rates.
As Biden pushes for more gun control, states are pushing back. Already, several Republican governors have passed orders barring state officials from enforcing Biden’s federal executive actions on gun control.
