Dial, who’s accused of shooting Eddie Irizarry at near point-blank range as Irizarry sat inside his car, maintained a stoic demeanor throughout, saying nothing.
Local FOP President John McNesby refrained from commenting immediately, and the District Attorney’s Office also held off statements. However, a news conference is slated for later today, where unedited bodycam footage will be released at the Irizarry family’s request.
