Radu’s previous career as a police officer is also believed to have motivated Voluntari law enforcement to reportedly hide the allegations against her, Naghel, and the Tate brothers.

Romanian law enforcement members have their hands full dealing with the Tates and the two women arrested alongside them. Currently, authorities are digging into complaints against the Tate brothers going back years ago.
Right now, Naghel and Radu stand accused of the following:
- Aiding the Tate brothers in trafficking female webcam workers
- Threatening and assaulting trafficked women when they did not want to work
- Taking at least half of the trafficked women’s earnings
- Managing the content generated and shared by the trafficked women
- Fining trafficked women for crying or “sniffling” while on webcam
