Two former employees have voluntarily dismissed their lawsuit against the family office of Arthur Blank, co-founder of Home Depot and owner of the Atlanta Falcons, which alleged forced overtime and mistreatment at the hands of “incompetent” colleagues involved in sexual relationships with Blank and other supervisors.

In a one-page notice filed on Friday, former flight attendants Adele Pearson and Samantha Carlisle chose to drop the case against AMBFO LLC without providing a reason. Their lawsuit, originally filed in Georgia federal court in October, had accused the company of wrongly denying them overtime pay and forcing them to work long hours, including handling additional duties due to the incompetence of some co-workers.

Pearson and Carlisle claimed that some employees were hired and retained for their alleged romantic relationships with Blank and senior staff members at AMBFO. According to the lawsuit, the women were often required to cover for these workers, who were not performing their jobs adequately.
