He is not incorrect. The fact that the Supreme Court would not even hear the case is baffling at a time when so many citizens do not trust the results of the election.

“The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections,” the Supreme Court said.

What does that mean?

It means that the court did not dismiss the case on the merits but on the argument that the state of Texas does not have standing.

It is a brutal blow for President Trump, and in all likelihood former Vice President Joe Biden is the next President of the United States.

But options still exist, independent of the court, that could change that.

The president could, conceivably, declare Martial Law and stay in office for another three years.

Or the joint session of Congress and Senate in January could reject the electors from some of these states thus giving the election to the House to decide and with one vote per state the Republicans have a significant advantage.
