Police said video from a surveillance camera on Lewis’s property captures Karon running in front of the condo as Lewis fires. The kid can repeatedly be heard yelling, “I am sorry,” followed by, “Please don’t,” and “No,” according to the warrant.
“I am a kid. … I am only 12,” Karon says, according to the warrant.
