Private equity powerhouse Integrum Holdings LP, advised by Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, announced Tuesday it has raised an impressive $2.5 billion for its latest fund — a massive pool of capital that will fuel investments in business services companies worldwide.

The new fund, Integrum Capital Partners II LP, blew past its target and even exceeded its hard cap, underscoring strong investor confidence in Integrum’s disciplined and high-conviction investment strategy. The oversubscribed fund drew commitments from a diverse mix of new and returning limited partners, as well as $500 million in co-investment capital from the firm’s general partner, affiliates, and close network.

In a statement that echoed the firm’s mission-driven ethos, Ursula Burns, co-founder of Integrum and former Xerox CEO, reflected on the company’s journey:

Focused Strategy, Expanding Portfolio

Headquartered in New York, Integrum follows what it calls a “focused, high-conviction” investment approach, zeroing in on companies in the services sector — from insurance and financial solutions to technology-enabled business platforms.

With about $5 billion in assets under management, the firm has already deployed capital into six companies, with equity commitments ranging from $100 million to $1.2 billion per investment.

Its portfolio includes:

• USI, a leading insurance brokerage and services provider.

• Evertree, a technology-powered personal lines insurance agency.

• Strategic Risk Solutions, an independent insurance manager.

• Program Productions, a major human capital solutions agency serving the live events industry.

Institutional Investors Flock to Integrum’s Vision

Integrum’s second fund drew wide participation from institutional investors worldwide, including public and private pension plans, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, family offices, foundations, and funds of funds.

This strong backing reflects the growing appetite for strategic capital deployment in the business services and technology convergence space, where Integrum has positioned itself as a key player.

Simpson Thacher Steers the Legal Front

The firm’s long-time counsel, Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, guided the formation and closing of the fund. The legal team included private funds partners David Greene and Maya Reeves, along with tax partner Sophie Staples.
