Joe Biden’s railroad will stretch “From the Pacific Ocean Across the Indian Ocean”

Biden’s railroad

President Joe Biden’s railroad plans are going viral. The president says that his team has plans to build a railroad in a distant part of the world. And not just any railroad, people couldn't help but weigh in on the idea.

"We have plans to build a railroad from the Pacific all the way across the Indian Ocean," Biden told the League of Conservation Voters at their annual dinner in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday, June 14.

"We have plans to build in Angola, one of the largest solar plants in the world. I could go on, but I'm not. I'm going off-script. I'm going to get in trouble."

Biden’s railroad plans are on video. But like all his gaffes you have to look for it.

Biden’s railroad plans

It’s hard to understand the feasibility of such a railroad. It would cost trillions to develop. If it could even be developed, at all. And the Pacific and Indian Oceans run together in close proximity to China.

If America invested in the bizarre railroad idea it’s hard to determine how it would serve the interests of this country. And the solar plant in Angola would not benefit American workers.

It’s no surprise that Biden’s remarks were widely criticized on social media.

"Bold initiative, Mr. President," one person wrote, while another said, "That is going to be a heck of a railroad."

"Put Grandpa to bed," a third commented.

This is hardly the first time Biden has been mocked for his sometimes-indecipherable comments.

He often has public trips and sometimes falls. And he has problems remembering people's names.

Over the last six months, he has repeatedly claimed his son Beau died on the battlefield in Iraq. And his staff have repeatedly said that he really knows that Beau died of brain cancer in 2015.

Biden’s health history

Biden became the oldest president in American history when he took the oath of office on January 20, 2021, at the age of 78. He’s 80 now.

In 1988, Joe Biden almost died when suffering from a brain aneurysm while serving in the Senate. It is estimated that 30,000 people annually have aneurysms that rupture.  40 percent of those cases are fatal. And of those who survive the surgery 66 percent are left with a neurological deficit.

Some Democrats are getting nervous about voting for him in the next election. But California Governor Gavin Newsom says that the country is lucky to have President Biden.

“I’m rooting for our president, and I have great confidence in his leadership,” Newsom told Sean Hannity in a Fox interview on Monday, June 12. “I know he’s capable. I see results … real results.”

“Do you think he’s cognitively strong enough to be president?” the Fox News host asked Newsom.

“I have conversations with him all the time, yes. And I’ll tell you what. I’m dead serious about that. I’ve talked to him when he’s been overseas. I’ve been in Air Force One, Marine One. I’ve been in the limo with him. I’ve spent time with him privately and publicly,” Newsom insists.

“You never answered my question directly,” Hannity followed up. “How many times does your phone ring a day, people saying you need to get in this race because they agree with me that he’s not up to the job?”

“I see where you’re going with that, Sean. … I’m not answering,” Newsom replied with a smile.
