Lawsuit Seeks to End Illegal Robocalls
Beyond financial damages, Newman seeks a court order prohibiting ClicTree and Guardian Law from:
- Calling numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry
- Contacting individuals who have opted out
- Using robocall tactics for lead generation
Neither Guardian Law nor ClicTree has publicly responded to the allegations.
