Attorney calls for accountability
In a written statement, Siniard said the lawsuit seeks accountability and prevention.
“Today, our law firm filed a lawsuit against Cameron White, Trinity Child Development Center, and Trinity United Methodist Church as a result of multiple sexual abuse incidents that occurred recently,” the statement said. “Our goal is to achieve accountability for what has occurred so that this never happens to another child.”
Siniard added that no further comment would be made now or in the future, citing client privacy.
Church responds with sorrow
Before the lawsuit was filed, the church’s head pastor released a statement expressing heartbreak over the allegations. He said church leaders immediately contacted authorities once they became aware of the claims.
As the legal process unfolds, the case stands as a grim reminder that trust, once broken, can ripple far beyond courtroom walls — leaving families, institutions and an entire community searching for answers.
