David Knezevich, 36, was arrested by US Marshals on Saturday at the Miami International Airport. He will be charged with kidnapping his wife, Ana Knezevich, 40. The Florida woman has been missing in Spain since February 2.
When arrested, Mr. Knezevich was returning from his home country Serbia where he had been for several months.
His attorney, Ken Padowitz, told the Associated Press the couple’s divorce was not contentious. Knezevich denies any involvement in the disappearance of his wife. And had been doing everything he could from Serbia to locate help authorities locate her.
