Greenwood, straddling citizenship between Sweden and the U.K., found himself ensnared in 2019 in Thailand. Following his arrest, he pled guilty to wire fraud and conspiracy charges in December. Despite the weight of his transgressions, Greenwood hoped for a ticket back to Sweden, highlighting the severe conditions of his incarceration.
