Though the president’s son maintains that Fox News violated anti-revenge porn laws in New York by publishing nude, intimate, and sexual images of him without his consent. As such, Hunter is seeking puniitve damages, alongside any profits that Fox News earned from the show.
The first son previously threatened to sue Fox News, leading the conservative media platform to remove the content from Fox Nation. However, Hunter proceeded with the lawsuit anyway, on the grounds that third party streaming platforms can still access the show.

Fox News responds to the suit
Following Hunter Biden’s lawsuit, the conservative media platform insisted his litigation is frivolous and without merit. They’ve also stated that despite removing the show for the sake of “caution in the interim,” it still remains protected by the First Amendment.
