If President Trump’s critics want to believe he is racist, they will do so, no matter what. Charlottesville aside, the President has repeatedly disavowed racists, but that does not matter to the Left. Democrats are unnaturally obsessed with tarnishing President Trump’s character.
Since President Trump’s earlier, aforementioned remarks, the Left is now complaining, stating that he wasn’t timely enough. This feedback shows that some folks will never be satisfied. If people dislike a particular individual, they will always find a reason to complain. Over the years, President Trump has repeatedly condemned racial hate groups. If people choose not to acknowledge it, that’s their problem, not the President’s.
Moving Forward
Since the unfortunate events which took place on Saturday, there are rumors of similar upcoming events. The decision to reenact Charlottesville occurrences is unwise. As President Trump stated earlier, the Charlottesville lawbreakers will be held accountable. Additional consequences will likely be harsher if a second breach occurs. Anyone foolish enough to engage in a repeat of Saturday better be ready to bear the brunt of all that will follow.
