Tesla sues EU over tariffs on electric vehicles

Olof Gill, the European Commission’s trade spokesperson, stated Monday, “We take note of the cases filed and look forward to presenting our defense in court.” Responding to earlier lawsuits from Chinese manufacturers, Gill remarked, “We’re a rules-based club here in the EU. If people want to take us to court, they can take us to court.”
