Yelp and NMA contended that they didn’t need to produce evidence since Paul Weiss had already provided their materials to Google.
In response, Howard M. Shapiro of WilmerHale, representing Paul Weiss, confirmed, “that none of the lawyers who billed time to the firm’s representation of Google in this action has accessed any Yelp or NMA documents stored on Paul Weiss’s document management system.”
As of late Monday, Paul Weiss, Google, and counsel for Yelp and NMA had not responded to requests for comment.
