Vista, a global leader in private aviation, announced Monday it has secured a $600 million equity investment, a move poised to reshape its capital structure and accelerate growth. The deal, spearheaded by Asian investment powerhouse RRJ Capital, marks a pivotal moment for the Dubai-based company as it continues its ascent in the world of luxury air travel.

Vista’s founder and chairman, Thomas Flohr, hailed the investment as a resounding endorsement of the company’s long-term vision.

With a team of more than 4,000 aviation experts, the company provides an asset-free business model designed to maximize flexibility and accessibility for high-net-worth clients.

The investment—also backed by Andalusian Private Capital and other investors—aims to optimize Vista’s capital structure, enhance cash flow, and reduce overall debt, reinforcing the company’s financial health as it expands into new markets.

Legal Counsel and Deal Closure

The transaction, expected to finalize by the end of the month, is being advised by a high-profile legal team from Latham & Watkins LLP, led by partners Sanjev Warna-kula-suriya, Hector Sants, Keith Halverstam, Andrew Baker, and Eyad Latif.
