Deputies discovered the bodies concealed under blankets and clothing. Tatiana Casap was found with “a possible exit wound in the back near right shoulder,” while Mayer had “an obvious wound to the back of [his] head,” according to the criminal complaint.

Teen Arrested in Kansas with Cash, Jewelry, and a Firearm

Casap fled the state following the killings, and later that evening, police in WaKeeney, Kansas, stopped Mayer’s stolen SUV. Inside, they discovered Casap in possession of $14,000 in $100 bills, over $14,000 in jewelry, and a .357 Magnum revolver believed to have been purchased by Mayer.

Investigators also found a three-page document calling for the assassination of Trump to “create a political revolution in the US and save the white race.” The affidavit reveals Casap had acquired and partially funded a drone, and explosives intended for use in a domestic attack. He had also obtained images of Mayer’s bank cards and login credentials.

Communication with Foreign Contact, Plans to Flee to Ukraine

Casap’s radical plans extended beyond domestic violence. According to the affidavit, he communicated with a classmate about his intent to kill his parents, steal a firearm, and eventually leave the U.S. for Ukraine.
