The recall spans five distinct cuts of boneless beef, all sold in cardboard boxes of varying weights and carrying the "Frigorifico Gorina SAIC" label. The affected items include: "Top Sirloin Butt" ("Cuadril Sin Tapa"), "Eye Round" ("Peceto"), "Topside Cap Off" ("Nalga AD S/Tapa"), "Flat" ("Carnaza Cuadrada") and "Knuckle" ("Bola de Lomo") — a lineup that covers a fairly broad swath of common beef cuts, not just a single isolated product.

Production Dates and Identifying Marks

According to the FSIS, the recalled beef was produced between May 15 and May 20, 2026, with use- or freeze-by dates printed on the packaging ranging from Sept. 15 through Sept. 20, 2026. Consumers can identify the affected products by checking for the Argentinian establishment number "EST. N° OF. 2025" and the shipping mark "26644-AA" on the packaging — details that serve as the recall's fingerprint for anyone trying to determine if their beef is included.

Where the Beef Was Sold

The recalled products made their way to distributors and retailers specifically in Florida and Texas, meaning the recall's reach, while serious, is geographically contained to those two states rather than spanning the entire country.
