Now, a new poll from Washington Post/ABC News shows that 48% of Americans do not agree with the approach that Biden is taking. Conversely, only 38% of Americans stated they approve of President Biden’s response to crime.
The numbers get even more interesting when assessing viewpoints about responding to crime surges with more gun control. A grand 53% of Americans claimed that heavier gun control would not drive down crime; only 51% stated that current gun laws should face heavier enforcement.
It also turns out that most Americans (55%) recognize that boosting funds for police departments across the country will drive down crime.
Six months into Biden’s America
Biden has been in office for coming up on six months now; there’s quite a bit to show for the Biden presidency, but not in a good way.
Crime is up in Biden’s America, as are the costs of living. Since Biden assumed the presidency, the United States has also faced multiple cyberattacks against our fuel and meat supplies.
Meanwhile, the Southern border remains in shambles; Republican-run states are now having to do the job of the federal government to fix the mess Biden created.
