However, Romania disagrees. When both Tate brothers appeared before court in Bucharest, a judge spoke directly to them. In doing so, the judge asked the Tate brothers for their thoughts on law enforcement claiming they’re dangers to the public and flight risks to boot.

Whatever the brothers said in response did not convince the judge to reject the request from Romanian prosecutors for more detention time.

Tate’s team reacts

On March 28, Andrew Tate will appeal this latest judgment to extend his detention time through much of April. However, Tate has appealed every single prior extension of his prison time. He likewise appealed Romanian authorities’ seizures of his assets.

None of these appeals rendered the outcomes he wanted. This is unlikely to change on March 28.
