This latest ad is part of a pattern for the current president. After Haley suspended her presidential campaign earlier this month, Biden released a statement, urging her voters to rally behind him in November.
Some Haley voters could back Biden in the general race
During Nikki Haley’s run for the White House, various media figureheads spoke with some of her supporters.
Footage on social media shows these folks telling the press they wouldn’t vote for Trump if he became the Republican Party’s nominee. Polling of Haley supporters from earlier this year also showed that many of them would cross party lines to back Biden over Trump.
