Board Expansion Following $800 Million Investment
As part of the financing for the acquisition, Clayton, Dubilier & Rice (CD&R) invested $800 million through a Series A cumulative convertible participating preferred share issuance.
In connection with that investment, Columbus McKinnon expanded its Board of Directors from nine to twelve members. Michael Lamach, Nate Sleeper and Andrew Campelli were appointed to the board. Each brings extensive experience partnering with management teams in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.
