DeSantis Rips Newsom in the Aftermath of Fox News Debate

During his time in South Carolina, DeSantis also promised voters that as president, he’ll lead the revival of the United States. Per the Florida governor, that means getting the job done, conducting himself in a becoming manner, and appropriately managing issues like immigration and education.

Americans will see the Florida governor front and center on Wednesday, December 6 for the Republican Party’s fourth primary debate. With a narrowed down field since the last debate, DeSantis and former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley will likely garner the most attention.

As we all get closer to the Iowa caucuses, both DeSantis and Haley have increasingly started going after one another. Across the board, these two candidates remain billed as some of the most likely to secure the GOP nomination.

Polls have also shown DeSantis and Haley both leading Joe Biden in hypothetical matchups for next year’s general election.

Interestingly enough, in the Florida governor’s debate against Newsom last week, the latter said DeSantis should step aside to let Haley thwart Donald Trump’s chances of winning the nomination.
