WASHINGTON, D.C. — In a jaw-dropping revelation aired Thursday morning on Fox & Friends, former Secret Service agent turned FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino alleged that the Bureau uncovered a room full of concealed evidence from the James Comey era—a bombshell development that could redefine the public's understanding of past FBI operations.

"Wait 'til you read this stuff that's coming out," Bongino told Fox host Lawrence Jones (VIDEO). "You're going to be stunned."

According to Bongino, just weeks into his new leadership role, his team stumbled upon a previously unacknowledged room within the FBI containing boxes of documents allegedly mishandled or deliberately hidden by officials during Comey's tenure.

"There was a room and we found a lot of stuff," Bongino said. "A hidden room. I wouldn’t call it hidden, but hidden from us at least, and not mentioned to us."
