Wade Crosnoe, representing Steadfast, likened the case to a puzzle with pieces scattered across the country. While the distributor, Shambaugh & Son LP, is based in Texas, the events in question span across America. “Imagine drawing a line from one coast to another, but the origin of the line isn’t Texas,” Crosnoe elaborated.
