 The US attorney in Delaware continues to investigate the business affairs of Hunter Biden, President Joe Biden’s son. Meanwhile, Devon Archer, Hunter’s ex-business partner, and best friend was sentenced to prison on Monday.

So far, this case has not been linked to Hunter Biden.

Hunter Biden is under federal investigation for possible tax fraud. His bank records have been subpoenaed. The grand jury has been getting an earful about his wild spending sprees in 2018-19. And much of the information on his “lost laptop” is finally surfacing through the media. 

The investigation has supposedly picked up again after being on a slow roll for several years. Allegedly the US attorney in Delaware has had bank records since 2019 which involve Hunter, his uncle Jim Biden and partners Archer and Schwerin involving the Bank of China.

Ex-business partner gets light sentence

Archer was actually convicted years ago for the $60 million scheme to defraud the Wakpamnione tribe. Which is one of the poorest Native American tribes in America.

Southern District of New York prosecutors recommended he serve a 2.5-year prison term. This would be the same as his co-defendant Bevan Cooney is serving.

Trial judge US District Judge Ronnie Abrams sentenced Archer to 1-year incarceration. 

Judge Abrams is the wife of Greg Andres who served as special prosecutor on the Mueller investigation. In 2019, she tried to throw the case out when she overturned Archer’s original conviction. But her decision was reversed on appeal.

During the time he was on bail the judge allowed Archer unusual freedoms. He was permitted to travel around the world to 24 destinations including, China, Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. Some of these flights were allegedly taken on Air Force 2.

He and Hunter were meeting with influencers doing “business deals.”  The business deals allegedly amounted to collecting money by leveraging then-VP Joe Biden’s name. Millions were allegedly funneled to the Biden family from China (BHK), Russia, Ukraine (Burisma) and other nations.

Hunter and his ex-business partners have been friends for 20 years.

Hunter allegedly texted Archer in 2019 text message saying he is “part of a great family — not a sideshow, not deserted by them even in your darkest moments. That’s the way Bidens are different, and you are a Biden.”

On Hunter's laptop was a voice memo from 2018 where Hunter was recorded saying “My best friend in business, Devon, has named me as a witness, without telling me, in a criminal case,” he wails. “I’m talking about a f–king criminal case in which Devon has named me as a witness.”

So far, this case (Wakpamnione tribe) has not been linked to Hunter Biden.
