By Samuel López | USA Herald] - A teenage influencer is taking controversial internet streamer Clavicular to court — and the allegations are as disturbing as anything you'll read this year.

Aleksandra Vasilevna Mendoza has filed a lawsuit in Florida against Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, accusing him of battery, fraud, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and the unauthorized use of her name and likeness. USA Herald has obtained details of the filing, and the story Mendoza tells is one of broken promises, exploitation, and alleged abuse.

It started in May 2025, when Mendoza — then just 16 years old — was paid $1,000 by Peters to film videos for his platform. He pitched her a career opportunity, positioning her as the female face of his "looksmaxxing" content, a fast-growing corner of internet culture centered on maximizing physical appearance. For a young influencer trying to break through, it must have sounded like a real shot.

It wasn't.

According to the lawsuit, Peters sent Mendoza an Uber to meet him at his parents' home in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. She went, she says, because she hadn't met him in person before and believed he could help grow her online following. What allegedly happened next forms the core of her legal claims — that alcohol was flowing heavily at the home, that she became severely intoxicated, and that Peters sexually assaulted her that night and again the following morning without her consent. Peters denies these allegations entirely.

Months passed without contact. Then the two crossed paths again in Miami. Still holding out hope that Peters could deliver on his promise to elevate her career, Mendoza says she accepted an invitation to join a live streaming session. On the way, she says, Peters and his associates used what appeared to be a powdered substance at a charging station — an offer she says she declined.

What happened during that stream is at the center of one of the lawsuit's most alarming claims. Mendoza alleges that Peters injected her face with Aqualyx — a fat-dissolving compound not approved by the FDA for cosmetic use — while the camera rolled, broadcasting it to his audience without her permission. She says she believed Peters was medically certified to perform the procedure. He was not. And in what may be the most shocking detail in the entire complaint, Mendoza alleges Peters suggested that methamphetamine had been added to the injection.

After that incident, she says she continued to see Peters, still believing he had her professional interests at heart. That trust, she claims, was ultimately weaponized. According to the lawsuit, Peters launched what she describes as a deliberate campaign to discredit her — one that cost Mendoza her sponsorships and, with them, her livelihood.

She is now seeking damages in excess of $50,000.

Peters' attorney, Steve Kramer, issued a statement pushing back firmly: "We are aware of the complaint recently filed against Mr. Peters. These are allegations only and remain unproven. Mr. Peters denies the claims and disputes the characterization of events. He will respond through the appropriate legal channels and intends to vigorously defend himself. We will not comment further at this time."

The lawsuit lands as Peters is already in the headlines for another reason — he was recently hospitalized following a suspected overdose.

This case is developing. USA Herald will continue to follow it closely.
