Alison eventually divorced Joaquin on June 3rd, 2022. According to Mrs. Altenberg, her request to the court was made “in the best interest of their children to protect them from actual and threatened mistreatment and/or abuse to protect their physical health and/or emotional development.” As such a restraining order was filed against Joaquin Altenberg.
According to Mrs. Joaquin’s affidavit, she requested an emergency hearing to address the safety and welfare of the children. She also secured the services of Rachel Sedita, a licensed attorney and the law firm of Diggs & Sadler, to preserve and protect the children’s rights.
Despite facing huge legal judgments against him, Joaquin Altenberg seems determined to live the high life and avoid responsibility for his actions. USA Herald will continue to follow this story as it develops.
