Trump celebrates Budget Committee passage of tax plan
In a statement, Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said the President “applauds the Senate Budget Committee” for taking the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act a step forward.
The Trump administration is “encouraged by the progress the Senate has made toward achieving” its priorities, said the Press Secretary. Trump’s priorities include job growth, economic competitiveness, and fiscal responsibility through tax reform.
