Michigan United for Liberty is one of many groups that is rising in opposition to breaches of rights and liberties. The freedoms of Americans do not cease to exist in the face of a virus. Facebook may choose to remove certain event pages from its platform; however, such measures will not stop uprisings against lockdowns.
As of today, 26 million Americans are out of work. Governors across the nation are facing lawsuits due to their Executive Orders issuing lockdowns; Whitmer is not alone in that. Likewise, certain police officers have stated that they won’t enforce mandates they deem as unconstitutional.
There are many Americans — both Michiganders and non-Michiganders alike — who stand with Michigan United for Liberty.
