McCue Jury & Partners likewise stated Tate’s victims continue fighting for justice. In the papers, the firm asserted, are formal notices of the allegations against Tate, along with legal action that will be coming his way via London’s High Court.
Not a new case
The women bringing allegations against Tate also reported him to UK authorities eight years prior. However, the police at the time failed to move forward with formal charges.
Tate and his legal team argue this is because there’s no merit to the claims against him. However, McCue Jury & Partners insists this is not the case.
Furthermore, the women allege that because UK authorities failed to press charges against Tate eight years ago, the damage inflicted by him against others has only increased.
