One of the protesters stated that patients in hospitals are unable to get healthcare unless the care deals with COVID-19. Likewise occurred recitals of the Pledge of Allegiance and other chants promoting freedom and liberty.
Social Uprisings Against State Lockdowns
Protests that are happening on an almost daily basis are not the only form of social uprisings against lockdowns. Certain counties in blue states have also chosen to reopen, in spite of governors’ orders to stay home. Growing amounts of individual businesses are following suit as well. All signs and patterns of events indicate that simply telling everyone to stay home indefinitely is not working.
